About the Role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fashion manufacturer seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, spotting new opportunities, and consistently delivering against ambitious sales targets. If you have experience in apparel or accessories - you’ll be at a strong advantage.

You’ll work collaboratively with key customers and internal teams, playing a vital role in driving growth across both existing and new product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by working closely with Buyers and key customer contacts
Identify and develop new business opportunities across product categories
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Manage product approvals from order through to delivery
Grow and develop key accounts using professional sales strategies
Oversee pricing, product selection, and margin performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications
Source and secure new business, including liaising with brand owners
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and profitability
Attend client meetings and internal planning sessions
Handle essential administrative tasks, including order processing and critical path management
About You

Minimum 2-3 years’ B2B sales experience within apparel or accessories
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Existing relationships within High Street retail or supermarket chains
Strong experience working with products and approval processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Commercially aware with strong numerical and analytical ability
Highly organised, results-driven, and customer-focused
Confident working with designers to brief and manage product development
Trend-aware, with a keen interest in fashion and popular culture
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level or above)
Experience working with factories and managing production communication
Comfortable collaborating with brand owners
